1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bajy ("bajy", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bajy website at bajy.net, including all games, betting markets, promotions, banking services, and customer support features made available through the Platform.

By creating a bajy account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the bajy platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the bajy platform.

bajy reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the bajy platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

These Terms are written in English and are intended for players located in Bangladesh. bajy is an English-language platform serving the Bangladeshi online gaming market. 2 Age Restriction & Eligibility

bajy is strictly an 18+ platform. Access to and use of any feature of the bajy platform — including browsing games, placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — is permitted only for individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.

By registering an account on bajy, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for individuals of your age and circumstances.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• The funds you deposit on bajy are derived from lawful sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity.

• You understand that gambling carries financial risk and that you may lose money deposited on the Platform.

bajy reserves the right to request age and identity verification documents from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or driver's licence issued by the Government of Bangladesh. Players who fail to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by bajy may have their account suspended and withdrawal requests placed on hold pending successful verification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of bajy's features — including deposits, withdrawals, live casino, sports betting, and slots — you must register a bajy account. Registration is free and requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and preferred mobile banking method.

3.1 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one active bajy account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. bajy employs technical and manual review processes to identify duplicate registrations.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bajy account credentials, including your username and password. bajy strongly recommends that you:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not shared with any other online service.
• Never disclose your password to any third party, including bajy customer support agents (bajy will never ask for your password).
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

bajy accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

3.3 Accurate Information

You must ensure that all information provided to bajy during registration and throughout your use of the Platform remains accurate and up to date. If your personal details change — including your mobile number, email address, or preferred banking method — you must update your account information promptly. bajy reserves the right to suspend accounts where provided information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bajy platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bajy supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay — instant processing for deposits; withdrawals typically settled within 1–6 hours.
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank — deposits and withdrawals typically settled within 1–3 banking hours.

4.1 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on bajy is ৳500 via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Minimum deposit amounts via bank transfer may vary. Current minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed at the point of deposit within your bajy account. bajy reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.2 Withdrawal Requirements

Withdrawals are available only to verified bajy accounts. Before your first withdrawal is processed, you will be required to complete identity verification by submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID (National ID Card, passport, or driver's licence). Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible, as part of bajy's anti-money-laundering (AML) controls.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

bajy targets the following withdrawal processing timelines, though actual times may vary depending on the payment provider, verification status, and volume of pending requests:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: 1–6 hours after approval
• Bank transfer: 1–3 banking hours after approval

4.4 Currency & Fees

bajy does not charge players any transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals processed via supported BDT banking methods. Any fees charged by your bank or mobile banking provider are entirely beyond bajy's control and are the sole responsibility of the player. All bajy account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated exclusively in BDT.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bajy offers bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bajy promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the promotion is announced. The following general rules apply to all bajy bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms:

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds credited to a bajy account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Players are advised to read individual promotion terms carefully before opting in, as wagering requirements vary between offers.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to verified bajy accounts only. Players who hold multiple accounts, have self-excluded, or are under account suspension are not eligible to claim any bajy promotion. bajy reserves the right to decline a bonus application or reverse a credited bonus if eligibility criteria are not met at the time of claiming.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

bajy monitors all bonus activity for patterns that suggest abuse, including but not limited to: placing low-risk bets on opposite outcomes to clear wagering requirements, coordinated bonus claiming across multiple accounts, and using automated tools or scripts to interact with the Platform. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have bonuses revoked and may be permanently suspended.

5.4 Promotional Changes

bajy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will be communicated via the Platform. Any bonus already credited to an account prior to a promotion being withdrawn will continue to be governed by the terms in effect at the time of crediting.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a bajy player, you agree to use the Platform in good faith and in compliance with these Terms at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bajy platform:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Registering more than one bajy account, whether under your own identity or a third party's identity.
• Using the bajy platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financially criminal purpose.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game or betting market for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploited errors will be voided.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in place of genuine manual play.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with bajy employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other technology designed to disguise your true location or circumvent geographic or account-based restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bajy support staff or other platform users via any communication channel.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the bajy platform's underlying software or infrastructure.

Any breach of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required. bajy's determination of whether a breach has occurred is final, subject to the dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

bajy reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or financial crime.
• Requests from law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
• Extended account inactivity (accounts inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity review).
• Player-requested self-exclusion under bajy's Responsible Gaming programme.

7.1 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request the permanent closure of their bajy account at any time by contacting support via live chat or at [email protected]. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or permanently. During self-exclusion, the account will be locked and the player will be unable to deposit, place bets, or access any gaming features. 7.3 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or betting activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. bajy will attempt to notify you via email before any inactivity-related action is taken. Inactive account balances will be preserved and remain withdrawable upon re-verification of the account holder's identity.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajy's total liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bajy shall not be liable for any of the following, whether direct or indirect, foreseeable or unforeseeable:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or expected savings.
• Interruption or unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled or emergency maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond bajy's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, server failures, or acts of God).
• Unauthorised access to your bajy account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking partner.
• Inaccuracies in odds, game results, or match data caused by third-party data feed errors, provided bajy takes reasonable steps to correct such errors once identified.
• Any loss arising from your decision to gamble on the bajy platform, including financial loss exceeding your deposited funds.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bajy's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited under applicable law.
